Paleo Coconut Berry Popsicles
Paleo Coconut Berry Popsicles are a healthy way to cool off this summer.

Ingredients:

1 can of full fat coconut milk

1 cup of chopped strawberries

1 cup of blueberries

2 tbsp of coconut sugar or honey

In a mini blender add the strawberries and half of the can of full fat coconut milk and 1 tbsp of coconut sugar, blend until smooth, repeat with blueberries and the rest of the coconut milk and sugar.  Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze overnight, to remove the mold run under warm water for a minute or two.

Hello world! The reason why I started this blog was because I wanted to help make the world a healthier place.  I started changing my eating habits about a year ago, it was a wake up call for me when my father and brother died of diabetes. Diabetes causes more deaths a year than breast cancer and AIDS combined.

My habits of drinking soda everyday and eating fast food had finally caught up to me and I wasn’t feeling well at all and pre-diabetic. From then on I knew I had to change my lifestyle in order to live a longer healthier life. I have since lost weight and feel healthier because of the change in my diet. I now want to share my healthy Paleo Primal recipes with everyone.
