This is a blog about living the Paleo Primal lifestyle, I started this blog because I had my father and my brother die of diabetic complications, I don’t want to be next. I was raised on fast food, it was a favorite pass time of my family to order pepperoni pizza in the late night and wash it down with a bottle of coke. I realized that I couldn’t go on with my unhealthy lifestyle. I am also a second generation baker and was a trained cook, I realized that what I was producing for others was not the healthiest option.
In this blog I want to show that eating primal doesn’t mean that you are starving yourself but that your are choosing better options that are long lasting. So follow me on this primal journey.
Some tips about the lifestyle, primal doesn’t mean you are eating things like fatty beef burger patties, sausages and bacon everyday, it means you choose options like lean turkey/ chicken patties, grass fed steak and you use healthier fats such as coconut oil.
